Many of us struggle day in and day out. That does not mean that we suffer from depression. But, for others, it does. There are many signs that someone is suffering from depression. The most common thing to notice is how they have changed. Often times, people who suffer from depression have changed. They no longer do the things that made them happy. They no longer value their friendships. They isolate themselves by avoiding others. Sometimes, the changes are very small, even unnoticeable. While they may put on a fake front, you can tell that something is different or wrong.
